Music instantly calms her, and country music to be more specific! She is a pacey girl but I'm sure we wont out grow that anytime soon. We started eating 3oz bottles on Friday the 13 because other wise her crazy self would want to eat everything in sight, especially her hand. I love the way when I feed her she has this perfect gulp and cooo sound, seriously melts my heart. Then when you try and burp her it like she is soooo excited to be eating she makes this "uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh" noises! Changing table time is becoming one of her favorite times, she just layes there and looks around. Today I layed her in her crib for the first time and she LOVED it, maybe because it was something new, I'm not sure but she found one of her stuffed animals and when I came back in there she had it wraped around her head and her pacey was out!!!!! The baby book has a page for hand prints, so while we getting the foot prints for everything I thought what the heck? I really dont know whos brilliant idea it was for that because it is seriously IMPOSSIBLE to get a newborns hand print, so let me just say that I promise I didn't try to paint my daughters finger nails. If I had then I certainly wouldn't have chosen black!Lilly is the light of my life and as I hold her on my chest and let her sleep I wonder how long she will want to do that. I cherish ever moment I get with her and I dont want to leave her side agian.
Isn't just the best thing you've ever done?!?! Enjoy every minute, it goes by way too fast!!
